Danum Road Rally
The Danum is Lindholme's all-night Road Rally which normally takes place in Springtime each year.
Competitors can use standard road cars, as the route of about 150 miles consists almost entirely of tarmac roads in Yorkshire & Humberside.
More competitive crews run cars with modifications, safety roll cages and sump guards.
It is primarily a navigational rally, so a co-driver with good map reading skills is an advantage.
With good teamwork, crews soon pick up the skills for a good nights motorsport.
The 2011 Danum Rally will be taking place on the 16th / 17th April and will be run will run under a National B Road Rally permit,
