Welcome to Lindholme Motor Sports Club of Doncaster.

Formed in 1965 by a group of motor sport enthusiasts from the former RAF Lindholme, and still based in Doncaster, LMSC is one of the largest and most active clubs in the Yorkshire region. We specialise in both Stage and Road rallies and autotests but we are involved in lots more activities, particularly on the social side.

During the summer months in addition to a six round autotest championship, we run treasure hunts and barbeques. We have film nights and a quiz championship which we run on club nights, and whenever we can arrange them we have trade visits - the latest being in August, when members visited Msport in Cumbria.

If any of this interests you, please feel free to come and meet us on club nights. We meet on Wednesday evenings from 8.30pm at the Co-op Social Club, Brunel Road, Off York Road, Doncaster, DN5 8PT.

2009 Robin Hood Forest Stages Rally Cancelled

It is with great regret that Lindholme Motor Sports Club announces the cancellation of the Robin Hood Forest Stages Rally, scheduled for 14/15 March 2009.

Co-Driver Wanted
	Mark Booth is looking out for a contributing Co-driver for 2 upcoming events. The first of which is the “Horiba D Issis” based at Mira on 4th April - a cracking event where Mark and Colin finished 11th last year. (this year a top 5 is Mark’s ambition)
The second event a little further down the road is the “Tour of Midlands” 19th-20th June another very good event but it starts on a Friday. It’s past format has been scrutineering at Friday lunch then a town centre start by the local mayor followed by 4 stages around Mallory Park race circuit and Mira. On Saturday there’s 8 more stages involving stately homes, Army barracks & Mira again. (Last year Mark was posting 2nd & 5th fastest times on the Saturday).
